6-Week Coaching Package
This 1:1 package is a stepping stone toward building lasting change. It helps you create the foundations for a lifestyle where you can truly thrive.

We begin with a 60-minute deep dive session where we explore your desired outcomes and map a clear path toward them. After that, we meet weekly for 45-minute video check-ins and you receive a personalized protocol tailored to your goals and needs.
Throughout the six weeks we focus on the key areas that shape your well-being such as sleep quality, movement, circadian rhythm, nutrition, supplementation, mitochondrial health and the deeper aspects of emotional and mental balance.
The program gives you the time and structure to build new habits, feel noticeable results and integrate positive changes into your lifestyle.

A private, in-person lifestyle immersion designed to create lasting change inside your real environment.

For five days, I work with you in your home, shaping your daily routines from morning to evening, optimizing your space, and installing habits that support energy, focus and well-being. This is a hands-on, highly personal experience where my full presence is dedicated entirely to you.
