The 6-week coaching package is a one-on-one coaching journey designed to help you better understand your body and improve how you function in daily life. We begin with setting core foundations such as sleep quality, stable energy, supportive routines, nutrition, movement, and essential supplements. As the work progresses, we move into more advanced areas including mitochondrial health, recovery strategies, and deeper lifestyle refinements.
The focus is on building foundations and sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle.

Yes. This package is well suited for people who are new to health optimisation as well as those who already have some experience. Everything is adapted to your current level, goals, preferences and capacity. The process is gradual and practical, without being overwhelming.

Yes. Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without prior notice are counted as completed.
